I really like this. The expression is perfect. It is as if he is looking into a mirror and checking himself out for any flaws. If I could, I would give it a 4.8/5. The reason, is because of his nose. I'd give this a 4.9/5 if the shading on the upper nose, or Septal Cartilage was correct. It creates a false visual that his nose is actually crooked to his right, coming to a sharp point. One last thing is that I don't see where his hair connects by his right eye. If I could pinpoint its connection to the skull, this would be a perfect 5/5. Overall, unless you are just looking for perfection, this is just astonishing. I haven't seen many drawings from this angle with near-perfection compared to yours. Good job!
